Naiya Mehta is the CEO of Lyric Investment Group. Originally from Chicago, Naiya obtained her law degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005.
She worked as a U.S. Federal Attorney in Orange County, CA and simultaneously launched her real estate investment career. She began by purchasing and stabilizing multi-unit apartment buildings in Chicago and quickly expanded her portfolio to Southern California.
At the behest of interested friends and family, Naiya launched an investment fund to allow others to invest in her purchases, and offered generous returns with securitized title. She now offers her consulting services to help others grow their portfolios and make lucrative investments.
